Terms & Conditions

Minimum Spend

There is a minimum spend of $100 for all hire orders (excluding delivery).



Hire Period

Hire period is up to 5 days including weekends. Additional fees apply for extended hire over 5 days.




Enquiries

To enquire about hire items, please message us through the Contact page, or alternatively you can email us at [email protected] 


We will endeavour to respond to your enquiry within 48 hours of receiving it.


If you do not receive a response after this time please resend your message as technical problems can happen and we unfortunately may not have received your enquiry.


Please include the following in your enquiry:


- Item/s you want to hire

- Event date

- Venue/ event location


Once your enquiry is received we will inform you if the item/s are available for your specified date, delivery will be quoted and how to proceed with your booking.




Booking

If would like to proceed with your booking, we will send you a booking form via email.  A completed and signed booking form is required to book any item/s.


Once the form is completed and returned, we will issue an invoice by email. Receipts will also be issued via email once payment has been received.


A 50% booking deposit is required to secure your order. By paying your booking deposit the items you have requested will be held for your event date. Cali Collection will make those items unavailable to other clients once your deposit is received.


Please note that your booking is not held or confirmed until your deposit payment has been received.


The remaining payment on your order is required to be paid 30 days prior to your event.  If you make a booking within  these 30 days of your event, full payment is required up front.




Cancellation Policy

Booking deposits are non-refundable if you have to cancel your order at any time. No refund applies to the required 50% booking deposit.


Cancellation within 30 days prior to your event date (after full payment has been made) will be refunded the delivery fees only. The hire items dollar amount will not be refunded as this is considered loss of opportunity.




Security Bond

Every booking through Cali Collection also requires a security bond of 50% of the total booking fee (excluding delivery) to be paid.


This security bond is refunded once the item/s have been collected or returned with no damage evident.


To issue the refund of the security bond, customers bank transfer details will be required to be completed on the booking form. These details will be confidential and not shared with any other parties. This is a condition of hire and acknowledged by the customer with a signed booking form.




Change of mind

Please select your hire items wisely. Once your booking is received we do not allow items to be changed, due to loss of opportunity.




Broken/ damaged or unreturned items

If an item is unreturned, broken or damaged beyond repair, payment of full replacement value is required to be paid within 7 days. Your bond can be used towards your payment.




Delivery

Delivery costs vary and are quoted for depending on location. We do our absolute best to try and make your delivery fee affordable and certainly do not use delivery charges to make a profit.


We will contact you, one week prior to your delivery to confirm your delivery time. We do require someone to be on site at the time of delivery to direct us where to setup your item/s.


*Please note we do not style or add decor to your arbour or structure. This is done by either yourself, stylist or florist. 


Delivery and setup/pack down is required to be done by Cali Collection for all items specified as *delivery only.


Accessories, small items and large structures specified with pickup available, can be picked up from Caloundra West on request. Address is provided once booking is made and paid for.


Pickups and drop offs for DIY orders are available Monday - Thursday at a time to be organized prior to your event. Pickups / drop offs may be arranged outside of these days by special request.  To avoid any late fees, all items must be returned at the agreed date and time.


All delivery times are confirmed 1 week prior to your event date. We will try our best to deliver the day prior to your event however this is not always possible.
